I'm only 15 but i have been raised on his music since I was about 2 years old because he was pretty much the only musician that my parents listened to. But anyways Michael is my inspiration and role model..he inspires me with his music and actions and I can tell that I have improved as a whole. Michael was honestly like God on Earth. Helping the needy,visiting charitys,and inspiring us with his words. Sadly, the media only focused on the negative image because that would sell. People never gave him a chance..but I think that if they all did,then this world would be a little better. When Michael sang I always felt as if he were speaking to me..like he was healing me with his lyrics. Not only does he inspire me to be a better person but he inspires me to follow my dreams. Since I was 9 years old I have had the dream of becoming a singer..at times I feel as if i could never accomplish that dream..but that is when I look at Michael..my inspiration. When I heard the news,I was speechless. I said nothing. After a few minutes it finally hit me,and that's when the tears came. I was planning on going to see him in London,we had booked flights and everything..but I wasn't worried about not being able to attend at that time..I just wanted to know if he would be ok. Sadly,my prayers didnt come thru. I was so shocked.. Now that it has been almost half a year since his death..I still cry every so often..I,like many fans,miss him..but still no that a little piece of him is in our hearts and is shining thru. To me, Michael was an inspiration and a talented man. God put him on Earth for a reason...he fulfilled his assignment for the Earth so God must've been ready to call him home.
